What is Seed round?

This represents the subsequent phase of initial funding following the Early Adopters stage.
We have elected to prioritize engagement with our COMMUNITY as the foremost strategy.
It is our pleasure to extend an invitation for you to contribute to the inception of Everdust OÜ and the Dust Space initiative.
Our aim is to solicit your backing, witness the dynamism of our user base, and to navigate every phase alongside you—from conceptualization and development, through to the Minimal Viable Product (MVP), pilot testing, and eventually, a public launch.
Our commitment to maintaining transparency with our community and investors stands as a fundamental principle.
The target capital for the Seed investment phase is set at $3,000,000. The proceeds will be allocated towards the implementation of our solutions, details of which are available in our Venture Studio and Seed Round pitch decks at the following links:

What is the Early Adopters round?

It's the earliest investment round for our earliest users.
We want to give you the opportunity to participate in building our company from the very beginning, receive support from you, and see the activity of our users.
The amount to be raised in this "Early Adopters" round is $125,000.

What will I get for my investments and when?

Your investment is an early Venture round, you are investing in the future distribution of DUST tokens. You will be able to receive your tokens after the Token Generation Event (TGE). In the Early Adopters round, a 2-month Cliff (LockUp) period is provided, followed by linear monthly Vesting.
Our team is at an early stage of designing our Dust Space project, we will inform our users of all changes through Email newsletters. If our team decides to launch its own network on CosmosHUB, we will use your ERC20 address, which you used to pay for the round, for your verification. After the network is launched, you will be able to Claim your tokens in the new network. Therefore, do not lose your wallets and do not give anyone your Private keys or Seed phrase from your wallet. Our team will never ask you to provide your confidential information.

What is TGE, Cliff (LockUp), and Vesting?

TGE (Token Generating Event) — the process of token generation that occurs during or after the ICO. During TGE, data from the book building is transferred to smart contracts and thus tokens are "generated."
Cliff — a period during which tokens can be locked in a smart contract and not allocated to the user. Vesting of tokens begins after the end of the Cliff period. A 2-month Cliff means that after the TGE event, tokens will be locked for 2 months.
Vesting — a period of gradual token issuance for early investors. 2-month linear Vesting means that your tokens will be gradually unlocked over a period of 2 months.

How will I receive my tokens after TGE?

After the Token Generating Event (TGE), which we will announce to users once we are ready for public participation, you will be able to receive tokens: a) in the form of Vesting to the address you provided during the closure of the Early Adopters round, if we decide to launch our token on the ERC20 network (Ethereum); b) if we decide to launch our network on CosmosHUB to address our goals, we will notify you via email, and you will be able to claim your tokens or link your ERC20 address to an address in our network. After this event, you will receive your tokens. Keep an eye on our social media channels, we will inform you about further actions, innovations, and changes.
Company's Wallet Address - will be added during the decisions specified above (ERC20 address or address in the new CosmosHUB network)
Contributor's Wallet Address - your current address, which you used to participate in the Early Adopters round (if we decide to launch our network, you will be able to use this address to receive your tokens in the new CosmosHUB network).
